Derek Dobin joined Creative Capital Wealth Management Group in June 2022. He brings a successful 20+ year career in Engineering and Finance to CCWMG. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Master’s of Science in Ceramic and Materials Science Engineering, specializing in fiber optic technology. His career in Engineering took him all over the world, managing production teams in Mexico, working closely with teams across Europe and as far as Japan. As his family grew, he decided to shift his focus to finance and leave the global traveling behind. Derek has been in financial services for nearly 15 years working with high net worth individuals, families and small business owners. He has also held management positions in development and training of both new and veteran financial advisors. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses.

Derek lives in Wayne and enjoys spending time with his three children, Noah, Zoe and Trevor. In his spare time, he enjoys soccer, golf and cycling. derekdobin@ccwmg.com

Christian has built a career in financial services. His top five talents are Relator, Maximizer, Responsibility, Belief, and Individualization. The bulk of his career has been with a Fortune 25 company in the financial services field. Most recently, Mr. Weirich has been the Director of Teaming at a regional brokerage firm with 900 financial advisors. He is a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach and introduced a new coaching model to the top performing teams at the firm based on strengths research.

Mr. Weirich has had a varied career that includes sales, client relations, and management. He has built his successful track-record from the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and Delaware Investments through Wells Fargo Advisors as a financial advisor, business development consultant, and branch manager. Mr. Weirich’s ability to quickly build relationships, lead others through change, and a commitment to help clients build, manage, protect, and transition their wealth is reflected in his success.

Mr. Weirich earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland. He holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation as well as Series 6, 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses. He has completed Sandler Sales Training, participated in CEO Think Tank®, and is a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach.

Mr. Weirich is active in his community and nonprofits, as well as his children’s school activities. He co-founded a youth mountain biking team in Phoenixville, helped lead the effort that created the Phoenixville Bike Park, and pursues the sport with his wife. He is currently the president of the non-profit organization More Kids on Bikes. He has traveled extensively for business and pleasure.

Elizabeth Hubler has been behind the scenes at CCWMG for almost 20 years. Clients know her best as Liz, Fred’s wife. Elizabeth received a BSED from West Chester University and taught both 4th and 2nd grades for a combined 10 years in the Owen J. Roberts School District.  Elizabeth was just shy of receiving her Master’s in Literacy when she decided to stay home with Fred and Elizabeth’s children. She has since completed a certificate in Special Populations as well.

Over the last 11 years Elizabeth has helped with various projects at CCWMG, been Mom to Abby and James, volunteered throughout the community, and has grown her knowledge in several new fields.

In 2020 Elizabeth earned a nano degree in Digital Marketing while starting a marketing business that specialized in social media and content marketing for non-profits. Elizabeth officially joined Creative Capital Wealth Management Group in August of 2022. Unknowingly the copier installation person asked her to sign something with her title and she didn’t have one, so he suggested Queen of Everything. In 2022 she earned a certificate in Digital Marketing from Yale School of Management Executive Education.

Elizabeth enjoys reading and one of her favorite moments in life was being at the game when the Eagles clinched the NFC Championship that led to the Super Bowl win.

Simon Crew joined Creative Capital in July 2024. Prior to CCWMG, he worked as a financial advisor for educators across PA, specializing in the PSERS Pension System. He graduated from West Chester University Honors College with a degree in Marketing and minors in Digital Marketing & Civic and Professional Leadership. He currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 6, and 66 licenses. An Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member, Simon is active in the local community. During the first months of the COVID-19 Pandemic he created Meals for Medics, a program that connected community members with family-owned restaurants to provide catering for the Pottstown hospital staff. Simon lives in West Chester and enjoys volleyball, soccer, and competitive swimming. Outside of work, Simon prioritizes travel and is an avid ‘foodie’.
